So I’ve been ordering from the most amazing company the last year and I just wanted to share it! I’m not really sure how I found this company but now I order from them almost every single month. Azure Standard sets the bar incredibly high with their products and has never disappointed!
Azure provides natural healthy foods in different sizes including bulk options across the country. Available products range from food to household essentials to outdoor and garden. There are so many available options that it can be difficult to choose from. I was overwhelmed when I first started! Here is the “catch”. There is no “middle man” meaning that your order gets delivered to a community drop off site once a month. It’s an interesting process to say the least. A tractor trailer shows up and everyone pitches in to unload the trailer and pick up their orders. The best part though (besides getting your order) is meeting and making friends with others with a similar mindset.
One of the pantry options that I buy is wheat berries for both daily use and long-term storage. They have several different wheat berry options including hard and soft white or red varieties. I keep both since each variety has a different flavor and thus, different uses. Red wheat berries often have a “nuttier”, whole wheat flavor and are often best for yeast breads. White wheat berries have a milder flavor and are often best for pastries or cakes. Hard white wheat berries are very versatile. You can use them in almost any recipe without the heavier wheat flavor. In fact, they are the perfect substitute for all-purpose flour.
There are other commonly bought options including snacks, cereals, baking goods, and fresh or frozen foods. Betty Lou’s Strawberry Fruit Bars are a pantry staple along with Frankie’s White Cheddar Puffs. I order these every 2 to 3 months. I do appreciate that you can often buy 1 or 2 of the multi-packaged items. I buy the fruit bars in the box of 12. Initially, I only bought 3 to see if we liked them. Even though we often make our own pasta, I do order Azure’s Cavatappi pasta. It works perfect for homemade A frozen item we keep stocked is Force of Nature Bison Breakfast Sausage. We’ve used it in sausage gravy, omelettes, or as a side. Instead of 3 or 12 packages, you can buy just 1 package. It lets you see if it’s a good product for you and your family.
