Celebrating St Patrick’s Day Naples-style this year! Blessed to spend the day in the front row with some amazing friends watching the Naples St Patrick’s Day parade with mimosas, sandwiches, cookies, and of course, beer. Not exactly in line for my own attempt at a healthy eating lifestyle but that’s a challenge for another day ☺ Not every picture is perfect but the day was (even with all the extra calories). Love the diversity in the parade and the bagpipes always make me a little emotional. The sugar cookies turned out pretty good for a last minute request: Shamrocks, Kiss Me, Drink Up, and St Patty’s Day. I’ll just keep practicing with the cookie decorating…..taste testers needed! No way I can eat all the cookies that I’ll need to bake to get the decorating down perfectly!!
